Avinash has five grandsons and nine granddaughters. He decided to give them a gift for New Year. He takes 200 one-rupee coins and puts them in two bags which he then closes. One of the bags contains more coins than the other. He asks his granddaughters to choose one of the bags. They happen to select the bag containing more coins than the other. The girls now open the bag and try to distribute the coins equally among themselves. They find that they have three coins more that would allow an equal distribution. The boys get the other bag. They open it and find they need one coin more to make an equal distribution among themselves. Avinash advises the girls to hand over one coin to the boys and donate two coins to charity. Now the girls are able to have an equal distribution among them, so also the boys. No boy gets less than a girl.
What is the difference between the numbers of coins in the two bags?
