What is the use of jre and JVM
JRE is an environment which allows u to run java program, but J.V.M is an java virtual machine which works as an interpreter in java ,and converts byte code into machine code
JVM is uses to run bytecode
JRE is an env where it estanlishes place to run Java prgs
Anoop is almost right except one last point , as per my knowledge JVM is container and jre is libraries used during execution of program to provide content.
JRE - JAVA RUN TIME ENVIRONMENT
JVM - JAVA VIRTUAL MACHINE
JRE is the Java Rutime
Environment provides the libraries , other componants and also JVM to run applications which are written in java .
JVM interprets compiled java binary code ( byte cod ) for the computer's processor so that it can perform java program's instruction.
JVM executes programs by using of some libraries and packages .These componant provides by JRE
JRE is the container , and JVM is the content.
