Agree with varun!!
Vit A is teratogenic... oral intake allowed only with abstinence of sexual activity during the course of intake and a month forwrd to it
1)RDA of vitamin A for normal adult both male and non pregnant female is 600 micro gram per day and according to new guidelines in pregnancy requirement is 800 micro gram per day. However excess of 800 micro gram per day may lead to congenital anomalies.
2)Haem for iron in animal sources are better absorbed and also increases non Haem iron absorption.
3) Iron in breast milk is 0.3 to 0.7mg per 100ml
