All the following are radiological feature of osteomalacia except (AIIMS May 2011)

|B||Presence of looser's zones|
|C||Calcification of sacro iliac ligaments|
Calcification of sacro iliac ligaments
a. X-ray findings in osteomalacia include diffuse rarefaction of bones and loser’s zones,
b. These are radiolucent zones occurring at sites of stress like pubic rami, axillary border of scapula and the medial cortex of the neck of femur.
c. Triradiate (trefoil) pelvis and protrusio acetabuli are the other features. Calcification of Sacroiliac ligaments is a feature of fluorosis.
