Creatine is biosynthesized from:

a. Creatine is biosynthesized from glycine, arginine and methionine.
b. Creatinine is formed in muscle from creatine phosphate by non-enzymatic dehydration and loss of phosphate.
c. Creatinine excretion in urine is determined by the muscle mass. A 70kg. Man excretes about l.5g Creatinine per day in urine.
d. Creatine is present only in traces in adult urine. Urinary creatine excretion is increased in
