|B||Argyll Robertson pupil is seen|
|C||Hutchinson's pupil is seen|
|D||Oscillating pupil is seen|
Concussion injuries of the brain are frequently followed by hemorrhage. In the beginning, the ipsilateral pupil is constricted but later on, as the intracranial pressure increases, this pupil dilates and does not react to light (Hutchinson’s pupil). Hutchinson's pupil is due to compression of 3rd nerve against the free edge of the tentorium. It is frequently seen in cases of extradural hematoma.
