Maximum milk output is seen at the age of 5-6 months and not at 12 months. All the other options regarding breast milk are correct although breast milk is seldom considered as reference protein but since milk contains all the vital nutrients & amino acids it can serve as a reference protein. Although the iron content of breast milk is low but the iron is present in such a form that it has very high absorption coefficient.
