Acid Phosphatase test
Proof of semen- The only absolute proof of semen is the finding of at least one unbroken spermatozoonQ or electrophoretic LDH isoenzyme detection of spermsQ. In the absence of spermatozoaQ, a +ve fluorescence test with u.v. light, a +ve precipitin test, high level of acid phosphatase and high CPK can be considered to be due to semen.
