i. Bilateral nodular and cavitary infiltrates (95%)

iii. Mucosal ulcerations of nasopharynx (75%)
iv. Renal disease
v. Immune complexes have been seen in glomeruli & vessel walls in some patients.
d. There is presence of serum auto antibody against neutrophilic, (ANCA) antineutrophilic cytoplasmic antibodies
