**Question:**

Explain intigers, real numbars, rational numbars, irrational number with an example.

(1) Integers are the whole numbers, negative

whole numbers, and zero. For example,

43434235, 28, 2, 0, -28, and -3030 are

integers, but numbers like 1/2, 4.00032,

2.5, Pi, and -9.90 are not

(2) Real numbers consist of the natural

numbers, whole numbers, integers,

rational, and irrational numbers. For eg: 2,3 -2, ½, -¾ , .34

√3

(3) An Irrational Number is a real number that

cannot be written as a simple fraction.

Irrational means not Rational

Examples: pi i.e,, 3.14...... it can't express in fraction form bcoz there have infinite series

(4) A Rational Number can be written as a

Ratio of two integers (ie a simple fraction).

Example: 1.5 is rational, because

it can be written as the ratio 3/2

Natural no. -1,2,3,...

Whole no. -0,1,2,3,...

Integers...,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,...

Rational no.- numbers of the form p/q where p and q are integers and q is not equal to 0...

Irrational no. - no. Not of the form p/q...

Real no..- set of rational and irrational no. (1,2/3,√5 etc.)

4,6,6,__7&pi__
