How many positive integer solutions does the equation 2x+3y=100 have?
That means if we substract multiple of 2 frm 100 then the ans must be multiple of 2. That means if we sub 2x frm 100 then the ans must be divisible by 2 nd 3. Or ans must be divisible by 6. So ans is 100/6
It only takes integer solutions
Infinate solutions.Because it represent line.Line has infinite points. Each point is a solution .
How,can anybody explain?
Ans is 16
