How to solve pulley string questions
Draw FBD nd then find d forces nd solve it.
For unstable system, use Newton's second law. Follow the same procedure and simply equate all the equations to the ma. And don't forget the directions of motion
For system in equilibrium, draw FBD resolve all the force vectors if any or choose the axis such that there is minimum resolvation required. Take sum of all the forces, tensions on x- axis and equate it to zero. Same procedure for forces on y- axis.
Draw fbd find normal reaction n opp forces horizontally if any
Draw FBD take mg in downwards direction and tension accordingly to force and motion of the mass and write equation and solve the another equation simantaneously
