Is java purely object oriented??
Yes java is purely object oriented
No.... Java is not a pure object orientated language because it supports Primitive datatypes such as int, byte, long...etc, to be used, which are not objects.
Its parsley because we oops mean all things create by using an object but in java we use primtive types like int, float etc so bcz of using these primitive types in java, we cant say its pure object oriented..
Pure OO means we can not write program without class
But in Java we can write our program without class using enum
But still it is question of discussion that it is pure OO or not
it's absolutely pure OO ....some authors consider dat Object-Oriented(OO) means each and everything considered as a object bt in java primitive data types are not objects so they people treated it as not pure OO bt in the sense to make dis primitive data types as objects der z a special feature in java i.e Wrapper classes so it is pure OO language
